Why this work matters
Individual sessions
One-to-one sessions offer a personalised space to work with your body and nervous system at your own pace. Sessions may focus on either TRE™ or breathwork, depending on what feels most appropriate on the day.
If it’s your first session, we begin with a slightly longer introduction (around 75-90 minutes) to explore your needs and guide you into the practice. Follow-up sessions are usually 1 hour.

Group sessions
Group sessions offer a shared, supportive environment to explore TRE™ or Conscious Connected Breathwork. These sessions are guided throughout and designed to feel safe and accessible, whether you are new or returning.
Sessions may range from shorter introductory workshops to longer, more in-depth experiences.
These sessions combine TRE™ and Conscious Connected Breathwork into a longer, more immersive experience. We begin with TRE™ to help the body release tension and settle the nervous system, before moving into breathwork.
Working in this way can allow for a deeper level of release and awareness, as the body is already more open and receptive. These sessions are typically longer (around 2-2.5 hours for individuals, and 2.5-3 hours for groups).

All sessions are available in-person (West London) and online.
Ways to work together
The body carries far more than we often realise. Stress and past experiences can stay with us long after the moment has passed, often showing up as tension, tightness, pain or a nervous system that remains on high alert. Talking therapy can be very supportive, but some experiences also need to be worked with through the body. Somatic practices can help you work with these patterns directly - creating space to release tension, support nervous system regulation and deepen connection with yourself.
Your body holds the story
The Practices
Conscious connected breathwork is a guided practice based on a continuous, rhythmic breathing pattern that supports the release of stress, tension and held emotion. It can help regulate the nervous system, deepen body awareness and create space for both physical and emotional processing.
TRE™ is a body-based practice that supports the nervous system to release accumulated stress and physical tension. It works by activating the body’s natural tremor response - an instinctive mechanism used by humans and other mammals to settle after stress. The practice supports body awareness and the gradual release of tension.
What a session involves
TRE is taught through a sequence of seven exercises. The first six help prepare the body by stretching and lightly fatiguing muscles, particularly in the legs, hips and core. The final exercise helps neurogenic tremors to emerge naturally as you are guided through the process.
Benefits
TRE may support:
releasing built-up stress and tension
feeling calmer and more relaxed
supporting recovery after physical or mental strain
improving body awareness and self-regulation
