About the Practice

Talking therapy is important, but it doesn’t always reach everything the body is carrying. My approach works directly with the body to support the release of stored stress and tension.

Science-led

The Somatic Practice offers a grounded, supportive space to reconnect with your body and tune in to its needs. Within this space, breathwork and TRE™ are used as body-based practices to gently release stress and tension, helping to restore balance and regulate the nervous system.

Embodied
Compassionate

This work is guided by an understanding of the nervous system and informed by research into how the body responds to stress.

The work moves at your pace, with space to pause or adjust as needed. The focus is on creating a safe, supportive space where your body can feel more at ease.

What I Offer

Breathwork

Conscious Connected Breathwork is a continuous, guided breathing technique that supports the release of stress, tension and stored emotions. It helps regulate the nervous system and creates space for deeper awareness and insight.

TRE™

TRE™ (Tension and Trauma Releasing Exercises) is a body-based practice that supports the release of stress and tension through the body’s natural tremor response. It offers a gradual way to help the nervous system relax and restore.

About me

I’m Aleksandra Stawinska, an occupational psychologist, breathwork coach and facilitator, and certified TRE™ provider. I’m currently completing a PhD in Psychology at University College London.

I support busy professionals experiencing stress and burnout as they reconnect with their bodies and build nervous system regulation skills. My approach is science-informed and uses practical breathwork and somatic tools that can be integrated into everyday life. I offer both individual and group sessions, creating a space where you can move at your own pace.
